Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP and my fun-loving Dad Henry are also part of our clan. Most people are acquainted with me via my Instagram @annephung, where I write about my experiences - both lows and highs, as well as everything that in-between. In 1990 I moved to America together with my brother and my parents at the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of perseverance and sacrifice it is likely that I would not share my journey. To give them the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on achieving my goals and worked hard to get there. I thought my life would go in a specific way: graduate from college, get an executive position, marry and begin with a family. The life I had planned to live was not as was actually. Money and the prestige of my job were not enough to make me content. I believed that I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. When I began to research this new career path and discovered I was passionate about working out. I also loved socializing and being able to help others. The business I started was in the year 2014 and I'm having a successful 7 years this year, 2021. Very few Asian women are employed in this industry. I aim to be a positive influencer in this industry by providing expert coaching for individuals to be healthier and happier them by creating a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. Furthermore, I try for others to encourage them to chase their ambitions and desires so that they can achieve what they want to achieve. My mother's passing in the midst of my career began to gain momentum I was suffering the biggest loss in my entire life. After eight years of battle with the disease, she is currently resting at Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. It is true that life has the ability to provide us with exactly what we need even when we're unable to recognize the lesson at the moment. Many ways, the loss of my mother changed me. It is my belief that she offered me another chance to experience her loss. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right for her to go on to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. As I approach my 30s I'm feeling a sense of living and being alive. I don't feel like that I'm just a mere existence anymore. My life is shared and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect with my stories and thoughts so that you can know that you're not in the dark as well as to let you know that you're more than capable of anything you set your eyes on. You can be sure that the true love exists and that therapy is common and required that wellness is your greatest source of wealth. I hope that you enjoy the life you want to live and to die with no regrets as it is death that is all that is promised to us in our life.
